A resume isn’t a record of your past. It’s an argument for your future — and most resumes I see are making the wrong argument, or none at all.

Then I rebuild the document around the role you actually want — positioning, language, and format — and explain the reasoning behind every choice, so you can keep it sharp long after we’re done.
